Playing with time

January 27, 2003 · archived entry

Playing with time helps to advance my theory that time does not actually exist, it just is a way for us to measure the passing of life. This site is a great example of some of the ways time is almost "inaccurate" .. as different events should be seen at different timerates to be able to experience them properly. A glass breaking -- if we experienced that at a much slower timerate, we could save the glass. A dinner with boring people -- experiencing that faster would allow us to go out and do something fun...
so if only we could just ... control time ... expand and contract it when we needed too....
