Gym and The Ring

I went to the gym today. as I have started a plan to get fit... but i'm so gonna hurt tomorrow! Also, I went to go watch The Ring. It's a pretty mediocre film ... not much substance, but damn scary. I guess if i wasn't so tired and had stayed awake to appreciate it, the story would have been different (alas). Still, many of the effects were good, it was scary, and hit the right notes... just not often enough.
