And the eight hundredth award goes to...

The 2006 Webbies contains awards for about 30 categories. Overkill? I think so. Looks like every major agency has about 5 nominations and every web2.0 app that has sold out and is more than 6 months old has 3 a piece. No, i'm not jealous (even though I am sure my blog is deserving of some award or another), but I was taught that awards are about rewarding the best, not making sure all your friends get a nod.

Anyhow, really looking forward to waiting through for the 'weird' category...
